Hive and Birch, LLC is an educational and service partnership between brothers Marc and Scott Jong and local Alaskan producers and service providers.

We manage more than 30,000 sf of short, mid and long-term rentals in Anchorage, AK. Our vision is to provide superior housing and educational experiences to Anchorage consumers. Marc’s day job: I work as a Realtor and financial adviser. I also happen to be attending law school.

Scott’s day job: I own and operate 7H Electric, a commercial and residential electrical contractor.
